Namaste
i am back again my home land kerala, India. Now i live a costal beach varkala. this is one of the rare cliff beach in India. I came this holy land first time to teach yoga in 2005. it was a time yoga begin to spread its message through foreign tourist who are travelling all over India from one to another destination. many of them like to try yoga at once when they go to India. As you know that India has very religious and diverse culture. So yoga also a part of it. From Tibet to Kanyakumari south tip of India it streaches her legs and arms to spread yogic culture. There were a time yogis used to traveled a lot from south to north and east to west visiting temples and ashrams. This is the way they exchanged yogic culture all over India. Later many yoga ashrams came up in this holy land. Now all the beaches you can see at least (so many now) one yoga centre. The need of yoga is necessary for a man who seeks freedom from his body and mind. The more yoga teachers and yoga centers coming up in India and abroad is a clear evidence and needs of yoga practice. Without language and culture yoga is stretching her message to all in the world. This makes an union or real connection among the people. We can greet each other Namaste. It is from the heart not from the head you need to say. An action with word which can make happiness for all. Punya vishayanam bhavena chitta prasadanam- Imagine pure thoughts makes happiness- Patanjali. Always think positve and let it guide you to perform right actions.
